Once a year, in February or early March, Tree Planting Day takes place.  A letter of invitation is sent to all concerned, in plenty of time, with all the necessary details for this special day.

The trees are chosen from this list:

Appropriate native, local plants and flowers may be planted on graves.  eg: Common Figwort, Common Comfrey, Foxglove, Field Pansy, Greater Stichwort, Meadowsweet, Oxlip, Purple Loosestrife, Ragged Robin, Red Campion, Sweet Violet, White Mullein.  Please ring office if in doubt, Thank you.  (Please note: Any non native plant or inappropriate object left on the graves will be removed.)
